1. Acceptance of Terms

ProxyList welcomes you. Proxylist provides the Proxy List subscription services to your subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By accessing and using the ProxyList.co Proxy List Subscription services, you accept and agree to be bounded by the terms and provisions of the TOS.

2. Your Subscription/Registration Obligations

In consideration of your use of the ProxyList Subscription Services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from subscribing the ProxyList subscription services under the laws of the United States or applicable jurdisdication.

You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the ProxyList Service's registration form (the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or ProxyList has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, ProxyList has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the ProxyList Services (or any portion thereof).

You also agree not to share your account with anyone.

No refund is given after you have successfully logged into the system.

3. Privacy Policy

Registration Data and certain other information about you are subject to our applicable privacy policy. For more information, see the full ProxyList Privacy Policy at http://proxylist.co/privacy.php.

4. Member Account, Password and Security

You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the ProxyList Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify ProxyList of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. ProxyList cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 4.

5. Member Conduct

You understand that the subscription proxy list or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. This means that you, and not ProxyList, are entirely responsible for all Content that you use for your own uses. Under no circumstances will ProxyList be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content by you.

You agree not to sell, transfer nor distribute in any form of the proxy lists of all types from ProxyList given to you to anyone.

You agree that ProxyList does not guarantee that the proxy lists given to you are 100% reliable.

You agree that there is no refund if the subscription service is cancelled or terminated.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the ProxyList service is at your sole risk. The Proxylist Services and software are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
